Cassie Scerbo was an American performer, actress and dancer. She first rose to fame when she was a member of the girl-only popular group, 'Slumber Party Girl..' The band hosted CBS's children's musical variety program Dance Revolution during the early 2000s. In the following years, she was well-known for her roles on Bring It On: It's In It To Take It (Direct-to-Video) as well as ABC Family Drama It or Break It. In 2010, she was kicked out of college and went on to the University College in London's Slade School of Fine Art for a short time. She began creating music at a young age. She started sharing songs of her MySpace album around the beginning of 2008. An illegal basement rave promoter became interested in her music. She was able to go by her pseudonym Charli XCX. She began to go to raves. Local hit songs quickly came along, such as!Franchesckaar? And Emelline/Art Bitch. The singer signed with Asylum Records in 2010. Alex Metric can be heard singing on the 2011 song End of the World. True Romance, her debut album released on April 13, 2013, a day after her birthday. It received positive reviews from critics. The album's first week sold 1,241 copies and climbed to the number 85 position according to the U.K. Albums Chart. Charli XCX began immediately to work on her second studio album. Soon after, Charli XCX was featured in Fancy by Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. It was first on the Billboard Hot 100. The album she released her debut album, titled Sucker was released in 2014 and quickly became a global sensation. The album was ranked 28 on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States. The album was praised from the critics. The album's title track Break the Rules was a tremendous smash that charted in a variety of nations. In July 2015, she revealed that a third studio album was in the working on.
